Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. You can track your order via the tracking number sent to your email after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your package to the wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Orders with incorrect addresses which are returned to us will be followed up for the correct address and an additional $15.00 shipping fee with be required to reship your package.
